At Pure Nectar Honey, we take extreme care in packaging our pure, raw, unpasteurized honey in protective glass jars. Every shipment is dispatched via priority courier partners to reach your doorstep safely and fresh.

1. Delivery Timelines

We process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of confirmation.

• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai): 2 to 3 business days.
• Rest of India: 3 to 5 business days.
• Remote / High-Altitude Regions: 5 to 7 business days.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹799 across India.
• Standard Shipping Fee: Nominal ₹50 flat rate for orders below ₹799.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in select pin codes with a ₹40 COD processing fee.

3. Eco-Friendly Glass Jar Protection

Because our honey is 100% pure raw nectar, we strictly use thick glass jars to preserve bio-active enzymes. Our proprietary 5-layer honeycomb protective cushioning ensures zero breakage during transit.

4. Live Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner (Bluedart / Delhivery / DTDC), you will automatically receive an AWB tracking code via WhatsApp and SMS to monitor your delivery in real-time.
