By accessing our diagnostic website, requesting home phlebotomy sample collection, or booking tests via WhatsApp, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.
1 Diagnostic Service Requests & WhatsApp Booking
PulseCare Diagnostics offers pathology testing, health checkup packages, and home sample collection across Pune Metropolitan Region. Bookings submitted via our test basket or WhatsApp flow constitute a formal request for sample collection. Final slot confirmation and phlebotomist assignment will be communicated directly to your provided mobile number.
2 Pre-Analytical Guidelines & Fasting Requirements
Patients are responsible for adhering to pre-test preparation instructions (e.g. 10–12 hours overnight fasting for Lipid or Glucose panels). PulseCare Diagnostics is not liable for test value variations resulting from non-compliance with fasting protocols. In case of inadvertent fasting breach, patients may request free slot rescheduling prior to specimen draw.
3 Transparent Pricing & Post-Collection Payment
All prices listed on the website catalog are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of pathologist evaluation fees and digital PDF reports. PulseCare operates on a Zero Upfront Payment model: payment is collected only after sample extraction via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), POS card machine, or cash.
4 Report Turnaround Time & Cryptographic Delivery
Standard diagnostic reports are delivered within 6 to 12 hours post-sample collection via encrypted WhatsApp PDF and email. Specialist immunoassay or culture reports follow clinical incubation timelines. All reports feature an MD Pathologist digital signature and LIS QR verification code.
5 Limitation of Clinical Liability
Laboratory test values are intended solely to assist treating registered medical practitioners. They do not constitute an independent medical prescription or final clinical diagnosis. Treating clinicians must correlate laboratory results with patient clinical presentation.
